The structure has prefabricated reinforced concrete semi-finished products (1) that are provided with hollow cores and open end faces. A circulating concrete core (2) is formed in precast segmental ring (3). The hollow cores and open end faces are formed with large outer semi-finished dimensions to fill with reinforced concrete, without exceeding the weight limit and after installing semi-finished products in circumferential ring. The semi-finished products are provided for supporting precast segmental ring with large load carrying capacity.
