ROOM TEMPERATURE CURABLE ORGANOPOLYSILOXANE COMPOSITION, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF, AND ARTICLE COATED BY CURED ORGANOPOLYSILOXANE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition which exhibits excellent anti-fouling performance for a long period and has improved adhesion to a substrate, a production method thereof, and an article coated by the composition.

SOLUTION: The room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition having excellent adhesion to the substrate includes: (A) a diorganopolysiloxane having hydroxy groups and/or hydrolyzable groups bonded to at least two silicon atoms in one molecule; (B) a silane having two or more oxime groups bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule, and/or a partial hydrolytic condensate thereof; (C) a hydrolyzable organosilicon compound having a monovalent group represented by formula (1), wherein R1and R2are independently a hydrogen atom or monovalent hydrocarbon group, or a partial hydrolysate thereof; (D) silica; and (E) a bleed oil.
