<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can more efficiently suppress liquid remaining and liquid returning into a surface sheet, with which the body can hardly be moist with sweat, and further, which quickly deals with a case when a lot of body fluids are excreted at a time, and fits on the body of a wearer, and has superior flexibility to follow the motion of the body well. <P>SOLUTION: The absorbent article includes a front surface sheet, a rear surface sheet, and an absorber interposed between both the sheets. The absorbent body has a longitudinal direction and a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The absorbent body includes projecting absorbing parts discontinuously dotted in the plane direction and a liquid permeable structure arranged in the longitudinal direction and the width direction respectively between the projecting absorptive parts, on the non-skin abutment side of an excretion part corresponding region. The liquid permeable structure is constituted of a groove-like recessed part recessed in a thickness direction from the non-skin abutment surface side of the absorber and a recessed part absorbing part located on the bottom part of the skin abutment surface side of the recessed part. The density of the recessed part absorbing part is lower than that of the projecting absorbing part, and in the projecting absorbing parts, the area of the upper part of the skin abutment surface side is larger than that of the lower part of the non-skin abutment surface side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
