When a certain amount of time (time t1) measured by a counter 83 goes on after the sensor ceases to detect human existence, a second control means 85 switches a current detection resistance 89 so as to have a restrained state of lighting brightness of the LEDs 53 (the LED array part (the lighting part) 56).
