<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rare earth-transition metal-nitrogen magnet powder uniformly nitrided and improved in the magnetic properties by supplying gaseous nitrogen to the whole alloy powder uniformly, and to provide a production apparatus suitable for industrial mass-productivity, an obtained rare earth-transition metal-nitrogen magnet powder, a composition for a bond magnet using the powder, and a bond magnet. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing a pinning type rare earth-transition metal-nitrogen-based magnet powder represented by general formula (1) below, a gas for nitriding is made to flow from at least two supply ports 10 provided to a nitriding furnace 1 when the powder is nitrided. R<SB POS="POST">α</SB>Fe<SB POS="POST">(100-α-β-γ)</SB>M<SB POS="POST">β</SB>N<SB POS="POST">γ</SB>...formula (1). In the formula (1), R is one or more selected from rare earth elements, M is one or more selected from Cu, Mn, Co, Cr, Ti, Ni and Zr, and α,β and γ are each atom% and satisfy 4≤α≤18, 0.3≤β≤23 and 15≤γ≤25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
