<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure of a weather strip that can prevent rain water and vehicle wash water from entering a vehicle compartment out of the door opening edge of the retractable roof vehicle and the hardtop vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The drainage structure of the weather strip includes: an installation base 11 installed on an opening edge of a door 3 of a retractable roof vehicle; a hollow seal 12 provided downward on an outer-cabin side with respect to the installation base 11, which comes into elastic contact with a top end 5a of a door glass 5; and a seal lip 13 extending from a lower side of the hollow seal 12 toward an outer-cabin side, of which the top end curves upward and comes into elastic contact with an inner-cabin side surface of the door glass 5, thereby forming an eaves-trough-shaped water receiving part 14, wherein: a lower sidewall surface 12b forming the hollow seal 12, with which the top end 5a of the door glass 5 makes elastic contact, has a bead part 30 formed at least on an elastic contact position thereof with end 5a of the door glass 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
