PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system constituting a plurality of mobile station devices and a base station device and being capable of controlling a transmission power of an uplink signal to allow the base station device to acquire information from the uplink signal transmitted from the mobile station device properly, and to realize more efficient communication system.

SOLUTION: A mobile station device has: a first receipt acknowledgement response generation part generating a first receipt acknowledgement response to downlink data received from the base station device in a plurality of frequency domains and a plurality of time domains; a second receipt acknowledgement response generation part executing a logical operation to the at least two first receipt acknowledgement responses to generate at least one second receipt acknowledgement response; a parameter setting part setting a parameter value depending on the number of the first receipt acknowledgement responses to which the logical operation is performed; and a transmission part controlling a transmission power of a signal indicating a content of the second receipt acknowledgement response by using a parameter having the value that is set in the parameter setting part, and transmitting the signal indicating the content of the second receipt acknowledgement response.
