<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shakeout device by carrying in a mold one by one and a method for the same, wherein: individual management of each mold can be reliably performed even after shakeout is performed with respect to each mold in the mold after molten metal is supplied thereto; and dents and cracks with respect to a casting material which is a target of shakeout can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The shakeout device includes: first and second drive roller units (1, 2) in which a plurality of drive rollers having a length longer than a mold width are arranged at predetermined intervals; and first and second lifting/lowering means (3, 4) connected with respect to each unit for vertically moving the first and second drive roller units (1, 2). The respective drive rollers (11) of the first drive roller unit (1) and the respective drive rollers (21) of the second drive roller unit (2) are alternately disposed in the carrying direction of the mold (M) to which molten metal has been supplied. Shakeout of the mold (M) to which molten metal has been supplied and which is carried onto the shakeout device (10) is performed by vertical movement of the first and second drive roller units (1, 2) and rotation of the respective drive rollers (11, 21). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
