<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate manufacturing method that allows formation of a skin material, which achieves prevention of insufficiency of a resin expansion, the occurrence of pin holes, and the generation of non-impregnated parts, even by oven molding under atmospheric pressure without using an autoclave. <P>SOLUTION: A prepreg 10 includes a base material (A) 11 made of reinforcing fibers, a resin film (B) 12 pasted on one face of the base material (A) 11 and made of a thermosetting resin, and a resin film (C) 13 pasted on the other face of the base material (A) 11 and made of a thermosetting resin. The thermosetting resin of the resin film (B) 12 and the resin film (C) 13 is partially impregnated into the base material (A) 11. The prepreg 10 is configured such that the impregnation rate of the thermosetting resin into the base material (A) 11 is 10-60% and the weight of the resin film (B) 12 X(g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>) and the weight of the resin film (C) 13 Y(g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>) satisfy the relation of formula (1): 0.3≤X/Y≤0.7.
