<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of suppressing lowering of energy conversion efficiency, and a roof having a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module body 8a has a rear face on which a heat exchange coating layer 8b is disposed, so that a part of the solar heat radiated to the solar cell module body 8a is converted to kinetic energy by the heat exchange coating layer 8b and discharged without accumulation of heat.
