<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which can reduce costs of lead wires without degrading connection reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of plate-like solar cells 20 having light-receiving surface electrodes (grid electrodes 13, light-receiving surface bus electrodes 14) on a light-receiving surface and reverse-surface electrodes (a reverse-surface collecting electrode, reverse-surface bus electrodes) on a reverse surface are provided in parallel to each other. Belt-like lead wires 4 are provided which connect the light-receiving surface electrodes of a first solar cell 20A with the reverse-surface electrodes of a second solar cell 20B adjacent to the first solar cell 20A. The lead wire 4 is a rectangular cross-sectional flat-type conductor (flat-type copper wire) having its surface coated with a thin layer of solder. The solder contains 3 elements of Sn, Ag, and Cu, of which Ag is 2.7% by weight or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
