<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel with a reduced thickness and weight to simplify fabrication processes and reduce process costs. <P>SOLUTION: The disclosure provides a touch panel which includes: a first substrate, and a second substrate disposed oppositely to the first substrate, where the first substrate or the second substrate has a thickness smaller than or equal to 0.3 mm; a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a touch sensor which is directly formed on a surface of the second substrate away from the liquid crystal layer, and includes a patterned transparent conducting layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
