<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image inspection device or an image inspection system capable of improving image inspection by an engineer expert in image inspection. <P>SOLUTION: An image inspection device 3 for checking consistency between order information d1 and a medical image d2 taken based on the order information d1 and checking whether or not the image quality of the medical image d2 is within tolerance in diagnosis, comprises: a communication part 34 for receiving the order information d1, the medical image d2 and information d3 relating to the photographic evaluation prepared based on the medical image d2 from an information processing system 11; a storage part 35 for storing transmission holding information d5 relating to the setting of a medical image for holding the transmission to PACS4; and a control part 31 for determining whether or not the medical image d2 is transmitted to PACS based on the information d3 relating to the photographic evaluation and the transmission holding information d5 and transmitting the medical image d2 as a medical image d4 which has been checked to PACS4, when transmission is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
