<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery full charge capacity estimation device capable of improving accuracy of estimation of a battery full charge capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The battery full charge capacity estimation device 70 includes: CMUs 22; a BMU 30; an ammeter 35; and an OCV full charge capacity characteristic graph 90. The CMUs 22 and the BMU 30 acquire an OCV of a battery 20. The CMUs 22 and the BMU 30 and the ammeter 35 acquire a SOC of the battery 20. The OCV full charge capacity characteristic graph 90 indicates relation between a full charge capacity of the battery 20 and the OCV when the SOC of the battery 20 is a predetermined value.
