<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an essential, suitable control operation in a user transparent way at the time of set value alteration. <P>SOLUTION: A harmful substance control device includes a harmful substance measuring unit 1, a PID control unit 6, and an operation amount output unit 7. The harmful substance measuring unit measures an amount of a harmful substance in a space to be controlled as a control amount PV. When altering a set value SP indicating a target value of the amount of the harmful substance, the PID control unit calculates an operation amount MV by differentiation-preceding type or proportional-differentiation preceding type PID calculation in altering the set value to the harmful-substance increasing side. It also calculates an operation amount MV by ordinary type PID calculation in altering the set value to the harmful-substance decreasing side. The operation amount output unit outputs an operation amount MV calculated by the PID control unit 6 to the harmful substance control device which adjusts the amount of the harmful substance in the space to be controlled by changing an air volume discharged from or supplied to the space to be controlled according to the operation amount MV. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
