The present invention relates to a cutting and grooving device (10), in particular for cardboard boxes, having two round grooving tool halves (12; 14) and a cutting device (16) disposed between the two grooving tool halves (12; 14), whereby the cutting device is movable between a non-operative position radially inside between the grooving tool halves (12; 14) and an operative position radially outside the grooving tool halves (12; 14).
