PURPOSE: A streetlamp post having a vibration absorbing function using silicone and a mass is provided to improve installation efficiency by simplifying the installation structure of a vibration absorbing device. CONSTITUTION: A streetlamp post having a vibration absorbing function using silicone and a mass comprises a silicone housing(10), a detachable cap(20), an elastic support(30), a mass(40), and a damping member. The top of the silicone housing is opened to store silicone oil(S) therein. The detachable cap is detachably coupled to the top inlet of the silicone housing. The elastic support is formed at the center of the detachable cap. The mass is formed on the bottom end of the elastic support. The damping member is formed inside the silicone housing and has a seating groove in which the mass is installed.
