Disclosed in the present invention is a method for sub-frame ratio configuration, which sets fixed sub-frames according to the ratio configuration of uplink and downlink sub-frames. The setting of the fixed sub-frames comprises: setting at least one fixed uplink sub-frame, at least one fixed downlink sub-frame and at least one fixed special sub-frame, wherein the at least one fixed uplink sub-frame is bound to a first resource, and the at least one fixed downlink sub-frame and the at least one fixed special sub-frame are bound to a second resource; informing a UE about the information of the set fixed sub-frames and about the resources bound to the set fixed sub-frames, so as to enable the UE to learn, according to the received information of the set fixed sub-frames, the fixed sub-frames for sending the first resource and the second resource, and sending the first resource and the second resource over the fixed sub-frames, thereby improving the resource utilization ratio. Also disclosed in the present invention is a device for sub-frame ratio configuration.
