Provided is a winding device for electrode plate which equalizes a winding tension of electrode plate wound by mandrill and thus prevents a generation of inferior electrode assembly. The winding device comprises a body part which comprises at least two winding axes(103a,103b) maintaining predetermined interval so that the electrode plate is wound on its outer side, and a variable unit so that the interval varies; a rotating driving part(110) for rotating the body part; and a variable driving part for driving the variable unit. The variable unit comprises a central axis(107) installed at the center of axis of the body part; variable axes for connecting the central axis and the winding axes respectively; and connecting members(105a,105b) for connecting the central axis and the variable axes. |
