<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of medical bag and the bag thereof that can prevent exfoliation of a display pattern printed on a sheet material. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet material 21 is prepared to apply a corona discharge treatment to the surface of a part to be printed in the surface of sheet 21, and printing is carried out to the part undergoing the corona discharge treatment with an ultraviolet curable ink and the ink is cured by irradiating the ultraviolet ray to the printed ink in the production process of medical bag; wherein the sheet material 21 is composed of a resin having polypropylene as its principal component, 100-250 MPa in Young's modulus and 70-90° in contact angle of water. Then, the sheet material 21 cut with respect to each cut bag body, an outlet is fused to the clipped bag body and liquids are filled to first and second spaces respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
