<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical package which does not cause an appearance defect or the like by preventing a sealed portion from separating in the tip of a cone by increasing the shape retaining property of the tip of the cone by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A pinching portion 2 for opening is formed in the conical side edge of the package 10, and a first breaking-off line 3 and a second breaking-off line 4 are provided as if to sandwich the pinching portion 2 between them. The area on the left side of a chain line with one dot M is a sticking portion 11 when a conical peripheral wall is windingly formed. Superposing the sticking portion 11 after an adhesive agent is applied to an adhesion portion 12 formed on the other end side in the shape of a fan sticks the surface side and the rear side of the package 10 together. A plurality of folding-off lines 13 are radially formed, centering around the top 8 of the cone in the sealing termination portion 11a of the sticking portion 11 forming the tip of the conical peripheral wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
