摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell and a manufacturing method of the same which can precisely align light incident surface grid electrodes on a high-concentration diffusion region without increasing the size of the high-concentration diffusion region at the time of manufacturing more than necessary even in the case where the light incident surface grid electrodes are misaligned in a rotation direction. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell includes a p-type semiconductor substrate, an n-type diffusion layer formed on the semiconductor substrate on the light incident surface side and one or more light incident surface grid electrodes formed on a part of the n-type diffusion layer. The solar cell is provided in the following steps: forming a plurality of high-concentration diffusion regions and low-concentration diffusion regions located between the high-concentration diffusion regions on the n-type diffusion layer; configuring the width of the high-concentration diffusion region with each of the both ends being wider than that of the center part when viewed from above; and forming the light incident surface grid electrodes on the high-concentration diffusion region in such a way that a distance between the center parts of the neighboring high-concentration diffusion regions is 1.5-3.0 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
