<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image processing method, and an image display device capable of generating depth data of a video signal with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device of an embodiment comprises: a motion detection part; and a depth generation part. The motion detection part detects a motion vector of a video signal.
