<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column selection signal control device and a method for semiconductor memory that generate a normal column selection signal without reference to a power supply voltage level. <P>SOLUTION: The column selection signal control device includes signal control means of outputting a second column selection signal generated by adjusting an enable section of a first column selection signal by a logical OR operation of the first column selection signal and a delayed first column selection signal and an increase of a pulse width with the delay time; voltage detection means of outputting a detection signal corresponding to a result of comparison between an internal voltage and a reference voltage which is already set; and output control means of selecting and outputting one of the first column selection signal and second column selection signal according to the detection signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
