<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a divided charge calculation apparatus in which a burden on a user can be reduced when settling the costs required for traveling a vehicle, a divided charge calculation method and a program. <P>SOLUTION: A number-of-passengers detection section 11 detects the number of passengers by performing radio communication with a portable terminal that a user carries, and stores the detected number of passengers in a storage section 16. A travel distance calculation section 12 calculates a travel distance of the vehicle and stores the travel distance in the storage section 16. A charge acquisition section 13 acquires information indicating a toll of a toll road where the vehicle has passed, and stores the information in the storage section 16. A fuel consumption acquisition section 14 acquires information indicating an average fuel consumption rate during traveling of the vehicle and stores the information in the storage section 16. An input section 15 receives input of gasoline charges per liter from the user and stores the input in the storage section 16. On the basis of the information stored in the storage section 16, a divided charge calculation section 17 calculates a divided charge amount.
