The delivery system includes water-insoluble pharmaceutical active ingredient(s), organic solvent(s) and amphiphilic co-solvent(s), and a mixture of hydrophilic and hydrophobic non-ionic surfactants. Upon dilution in an aqueous medium, this formulation forms spontaneously dispersion of non-ionic surfactant nanoparticles. |
