<p>A medication monitoring device and a medication monitoring management system based on said device are provided. The medication monitoring device comprises: a load stage configured to be suitable for the placement of the drug to be taken; a weighing unit attached to the load stage and configured to weigh a weight; a control unit connected to the weighing unit and configured to determine whether the drug is taken according to the change of the weighed weight; and a reminding unit connected to the control unit and configured to send a reminder under the control of the control unit. The medication monitoring device and the medication monitoring management system based on said device according to the invention embodiment have a low error trigger rate and low cost, are easy to use, and can provide long-term records, statistics, analyses and the like according to the medication condition of the patient.</p> |
