The cell case (7) has a first electric potential electrically connected to the positive electrode (1) or the negative electrode (2). The holder (20) has a plurality of housings (21) for individually housing the plurality of unit cells (10) and has a second electric potential that is the opposite electric potential from the first electric potential. The unit cells (10) are housed in the housings (21) in a state in which the cell case (7) and the holder (20) are insulated.</p>
