PURPOSE: A device for controlling a motor, an electronic vehicle having the same, and a motor controlling method thereof are provided to change gains of a proportion-integration by calculating a speed of a rotor of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A converter(110) boosts a direct current voltage supplied from a battery. A direct current link capacity(210) levels an output voltage of the converter. An inverter(230) comprises a plurality of switching elements. The inverter converts the direct current voltage output from the direct current link capacity into a voltage for driving a motor according to control signals. A controlling unit converts a current command according to a torque command and a magnetic flux command into a voltage command by using integrative gains and proportional gains set based on a speed of a rotor of a motor. The controlling unit generates the control signals based on the converted voltage command.
