<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flattened display substrate whose level difference on an exposure surface is reduced, a manufacturing method for the same, and a display panel including the same. <P>SOLUTION: A display substrate includes a plurality of pixel regions. Each pixel region includes a base substrate 110 including a plurality of sub-pixel regions, light-blocking film patterns 130 defining the sub-pixel region, and a plurality of color filter patterns 120 each corresponding to each of the sub-pixel regions. Any one of the color filter patterns and the light-blocking film patterns has an inversely tapered edge part. An edge part of a pattern adjacent to the pattern having the inversely tapered edge part has a tapered shape because of overlapping below the edge part of the pattern having the inversely tapered edge part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
