<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus and an image processing method capable of performing high-speed image processing and preventing decrease in a visual field rate due to reduction of a ring pixel. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises: an original image data storing part 4 for storing original image data; a reading part 51 for reading the original image data from one end to the other end for each line and outputting them for the each line; an image processing part 52 for inputting the lines, performing image processing after adding a ring pixel according to the image processing to them for the each line, and outputting the image-processed lines; an image converting part 53 for inputting the image-processed lines and outputting the converted lines which have been enlarged or copied concerning the image-processed lines; and an output timing controlling part 57 for controlling a timing of outputting the lines from the data reading part 51 or a timing of outputting the image-processed lines from the image processing part 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
