<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a vehicle body attitude to follow a target attitude, regarding a suspension control device. <P>SOLUTION: The target attitude of a vehicle body and a target control quantity required for achieving this target attitude are set (Step S2 and S3), an attitudinal deviation between the target attitude and an actual vehicle body attitude is calculated as a feedback term (Step S4), and a correction quantity required for making the vehicle body attitude coincide with the target attitude is calculated based on the attitudinal deviation (Step S5).
