<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device which has a new structure for connecting multiple photoelectric conversion elements. <P>SOLUTION: A first photoelectric conversion element 101 includes a first lower electrode 111, a first photoelectric conversion layer 121, and a first upper electrode 131. A second photoelectric conversion element 102 includes a second lower electrode 112, a second photoelectric conversion layer 122, and a second upper electrode 132. The first photoelectric conversion element 101 and the second photoelectric conversion element 102 are placed side by side along a first direction. The second lower electrode 112 includes a first extension part 112a extending from a side surface which is arranged in parallel with the first direction to the exterior of the second photoelectric conversion layer 122. Further, a first insulation layer 201 is formed on a part of a side surface of the first photoelectric conversion element 101 which faces the extension direction of the first extension part 112a, out of the side surface of the first photoelectric conversion element 101.
