<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin client system and the like suitable for a home working style or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A person sensing sensor 40 senses a person who enters/leaves a room in which a client terminal 10 is installed, and the number of persons in the room is counted and stored. The client terminal 10 acquires the number of persons in the room from the person sensing sensor 40 and transmits that number to an integrity verification server 80. The integrity verification server 80 holds the proper number of persons in the room and verifies whether the number of persons in the room transmitted from the client terminal 10 is proper. If the number is not proper as a result of the verification, an instruction to lock a screen is generated and if proper, an instruction to unlock the screen is generated. The generated instruction is transmitted to the client terminal 10.
