<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent impression of blur of image from changing due to magnification processing. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device for magnifying image comprises: a feature amount extraction part that extracts feature amount relevant to blur from plural partial areas of an image; and an interpolation processing part that magnifies the image by performing interpolation calculation using an interpolation parameter suitable for the extracted feature amount on each of the plural partial areas.
