<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a virus and a bacterial toxin specifically bonding to a specific sugar chain. <P>SOLUTION: An interaction with a sugar chain can be analyzed by bonding a compound which has an aggregation induction luminescent characteristic to the sugar chain. By using micro-beads bonded to an antibody, such an analysis using a sugar chain compound may be used for analyzing specific interaction of a virus, a toxin and protein specifically bonding to the sugar chain with high sensitivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
