<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, with a method for evaluating a service quality of an application by obtaining and analyzing various types of events occurring on a web browser with the application operating thereon, when all events are obtained and analyzed, a load is applied on the web browser and a server recording the events. <P>SOLUTION: When a web browser starts an application, an event handler for obtaining events relating to a user operation and an application response is connected. When the event handler detects the occurrence of an event that has been never recorded in the past, the event is recorded as a log.
