摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of obtaining a parallax map including a subject and an outside region of the subject while minimizing an amount of processing.

SOLUTION: An image processing device for generating a parallax map from images of at least two view points includes: a subject region detection unit for detecting a region of a subject in a reference image among images of the two view points; a subject region matching processing unit for performing stereo matching on the region of the subject and generating a parallax map of the region; a subject outside region matching processing unit for performing stereo matching on an outside region of the subject and generating a parallax map of the region; and a combination processing unit for combining the two parallax maps.
