<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of allowing even a beginner to quickly make Takoyaki by preventing oil and dough on a cast iron plate for Takoyaki from flowing out from an outer edge thereof and preventing overflown oil and dough from going around under the cast iron plate, while a present cast iron plate for Takoyaki has not been improved much in spite of its poor handleability. <P>SOLUTION: An oil weir is made higher to be set to 10 mm so that no oil nor dough on the cast iron plate for Takoyaki flows out. An oil stopper is made as high as 3 mm to prevent the oil and the dough from flowing around under the cast iron plate. Gaps of the cast iron plate are eliminated to the utmost. In addition, formation of grooves in a grid shape on the cast iron plate, makes Takoyaki uniformly cooked and puffy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
