<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus provided with plural card slots, in which deterioration of rigidity is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A digital video camera as an example of the imaging apparatus has a structure in which upper and lower card slots 18a and 18b which memory cards 17a and 17b can be inserted to and ejected from are arranged in a body 11 with a fixed interval. The digital video camera has a slot holder 19 having the openings of the upper and lower card slots 18a and 18b and a beam-shaped portion 19b disposed in a space formed between the upper and lower card slots 18a and 18b.
