ELECTRICAL HEATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical heating device which can safely operate even at a high operating voltage.

SOLUTION: The electrical heating device, especially a heating device as an auxiliary heater of an automobile, includes a heating block 8 held in a housing 2. The housing 2 includes housing opening parts 10 formed to be opposite to each other, and includes a parallel layer which surrounds a periphery of at least one radiating element and at least one heating element 20. The electrical heating device further includes a contact protecting part formed of an insulating material and covering the housing opening parts 10.
