<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of increasing circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: An output circuit for supplying an output current to a load connected to an output terminal in response to an input signal includes: an output transistor for supplying the output current to the output terminal; an output drive circuit for driving the output transistor; a current limiting circuit for generating a current control signal to limit the output current to a predetermined current value; and a control circuit for implementing the control of, after the input signal is supplied, limiting the output current on the basis of the current control signal when an output terminal voltage is at a predetermined voltage value or less, and driving the output transistor via the output drive circuit when the predetermined voltage value is exceeded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
