<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail article and a delivery improving an open rate and having a function of placing the opened object on hand by providing a pseudo adhesive sheet having hologram and an information record laminate using the pseudo adhesive sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The pseudo adhesive sheet includes: a hologram-forming layer and an adhesive layer on one surface of a transparent base material in this order; and a pseudo adhesive layer on the other surface of the transparent base material. The hologram-forming layer is a relief hologram having a hologram relief on an interface between the hologram-forming layer and the adhesive layer.
