<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of maximizing light emission efficiency and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 100 includes a cavity 112 formed at a depth of 450 μm or less and one or more light-emitting elements 120 arranged in the cavity 112. A manufacturing method of the light-emitting device 100 includes: a step of forming a package main body 110 provided with at least one lead frame 130 in the cavity 112 formed at a depth of 250 to 450 μm and on a bottom of the cavity 112; a step of mounting at least one or more light-emitting elements 120 on the lead frame 130; and a step of molding a molding member 140 in the cavity 112. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
