<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber core wire that has a high flexibility of wiring because breaking of the glass fiber is not caused even in long-term use in which a temperature change is likely to occur and cracking of the coating is not caused even in small radius bending required for wiring in a narrow space, and that is excellent also in manufacturability. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber core wire has a glass fiber comprising a glass core and glass cladding, a non-strippable adhesive layer adjacent to the glass fiber on the outer circumferential surface of the glass fiber, and an overcoat layer comprising an ultraviolet curing resin and coating the outer circumferential surface of the non-strippable adhesive layer. The non-strippable adhesive layer has a layer thickness of 2.5-32.5 μm, consists mainly of a urethane acrylate-based ultraviolet curing resin, contains at least one selected from an amine-based monomer and an acyclic amide-based monomer in an amount of 1-10 mass% relative to the amount of the base resin, and does not contain a silane coupling agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
