<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle which does not give a driver or the like a sense of incongruity based on a change of a behavior characteristic of the vehicle according to the adjustment of a camber angle, in the control device for the vehicle used for the vehicle with a camber angle adjustment device for adjusting the camber angle of a wheel. <P>SOLUTION: The control device 100 for the vehicle controls the camber angle adjustment device 44 and adjusts a left rear wheel 2RL and a right rear wheel 2RR, when a condition defined in a stable camber giving reference data 72B etc. is satisfied.
