<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase satisfaction of customers waiting for service provision. <P>SOLUTION: A distribution management server 24 receives customer identification information from a portable terminal 30 and extracts latency time of the customer from a ticket issuing number management server 22 on the basis of the customer identification information. A moving image conversion server 26 edits moving image data read from a moving image distribution server 25 so as to fit the reproduction time of the moving image data to the latency time.
