<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method capable of more strictly and accurately evaluating the adhesion of a coat film of a plastic lens, and also capable of easily performing the evaluation in a short period. <P>SOLUTION: Slits are made in a coat film formed on a plastic lens base material in a manner to cross each other and the slit coat film is exposed to ultraviolet light and a dew condensation state.
