<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic cassette in which warpage of a scintillator is prevented while the electronic cassette is made thin, by eliminating a rigid plate for installing control circuit and the like. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic cassette comprises: a scintillator 41 that includes a support body 48 and a fluorescent body 47 formed on the support body 48 and converts irradiated X-rays into light by the fluorescent body 47; a TFT substrate 42 that is photoelectric conversion means for converting light emitted from the scintillator 41 into electric signals, is disposed in front of the scintillator 41 in a radiation direction of X-rays and in which a light detection surface, provided with a photo diode or the like which performs photoelectric conversion, is disposed facing the scintillator; circuit boards 36-39 that are signal processing means for processing electric signals output by the TFT substrate 42 and that are disposed on a back surface of the support body 48 which is opposite to a surface provided with the fluorescent body 47. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
