PURPOSE: A noise compensating circuit for an output signal and an operation method thereof are provided to control a delay-value to be a desired value by digitally controlling a signal delay device. CONSTITUTION: A first signal delay unit(101) outputs a first delayed pulse by delaying a first input pulse of data. A second signal delay unit(103) outputs a second delayed pulse by delaying a second input pulse of the data. A comparison unit(105) compares the first delayed pulse with an output signal outputted from an output device(111). A delay control unit(107) generates a delay control signal by using a comparison result of the output signal and the first delayed pulse in the comparison unit. A pulse generating unit(109) generates a reward pulse for noise compensation by using the first delayed pulse and the second delayed pulse.
